What credits are
A package pays for your site to be built. Changes after that are paid with credits. Every package comes with some, and you can buy a credit pack whenever you want more. Nothing spends a credit until you have seen what it costs and said yes.
What you pay each month
We look after your site once it is live. That work is billed every month, and it is looking after the site only — hosting it, keeping the enquiry form working, keeping it up to date. Changes to the site are not in it; those are paid with credits. You are not buying the monthly plan today. It is not on sale yet, and when it is you will see the price before you say yes.
What you are not agreeing to
A package is a fixed list of work. What you get is the list above. You see it before you pay. Need something else? We price it against your own job. We do not guess. You see that price before we build.

- Yes. Each package contains the one before it. If you move up later you pay the difference between the two at that day's prices, and nothing on top of it.
- What if what I need is not on this page?
- We quote it against your own job. The four above carry no number for the same reason. What they take depends on what you have. One set price would be wrong for most people.
- How long does it take?
- Your site is built, checked and live the same day. You see it before anyone else does.
- Do I need to be good with computers?
- No. You answer questions about the work you do, in your own words, and we do the rest.
